Ultracell, Inc is a New York City based, American owned, independent small business. Since 2007, we have been at the forefront of assisting the US Armed Forces in their efforts to keep the US warfighter at the leading edge of the preparedness.

Ultracell provides full procurement and supply service management of equipment and their spare parts for Foreign made Threat Systems to the US Department of Defense. Our main area of concentration are former USSR/Russian made Air Defense Systems and Spare parts, Aircraft Components plus Large Caliber Ammunition. From Mission Ready to Non-Operational Foreign Threat systems, we do it all. Ultracell is also highly specialized in Non-Standard Weapon and Ammo.For over a decade, we have successfully managed the complex procurement and logistics challenges for our customers in the US Air Force, US Navy and the US Army. Ultracell has a vast network in Russia, Czech and Slovak Republic, Croatia, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Spain, UK and Ukraine.

Ultracell, Inc is listed with the US Department of State and US Department of Justice as Importer and Broker for Defense related articles. We are well versed with the ITAR regulations and extremely knowledgeable of the local export and import complexities of various European countries.
